Boy, did I ever goof! I hate to admit it, but I haven't done a good job of following up with you in regard to the biggest investment in your life - your home!

Let me correct that mistake right now and re-introduce myself as the mortgage professional (or real estate agent) who will always be here to answer questions for you and solve any problems you might have in relation to mortgages or credit repair. I want to stay in touch in relevant and timely ways in order to help you to make sure your home and mortgage are working for you, instead of you working for it! One way for me to stay in touch is provide you with the following:

Of course, you can rest assured that I won't send you any of these communications without your permission!

In order to help you maintain your home and provide you with great tips to maximize its value, I need to make sure I have the right, updated information to contact you. So, please take a brief moment and fill out the attached contact information sheet.

To make up for my goof in not getting in touch with you earlier, I'd like to tell you that I'll host a drawing for two chances to win (put some prize here, this is just a sample, but make it non-real estate related) a "Night on the Town" (a $75.00 dinner certificate to the restaurant of your choice and a $25.00 movie certificate).
